We currently ship to all 50 US states. Standard shipping is free on every order, with delivery in 3–7 business days. Orders placed before 12 PM ET on weekdays usually ship the same day.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return window on unused products in their original packaging. To start a return, email customercare@infinno.net with your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving your return.

Right now this site ships within the US. If you're outside the US, you can find Infinno on Amazon US, CA, UK, DE, FR, IT, ES, and AU.

Absolutely. Email us at customercare@infinno.net with your Amazon order ID and we'll do our best to help, even though Amazon manages refunds and returns for those orders.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

Yes. Infinno products are covered against manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery. Reach out if anything isn't right and we'll make it good.
